CHECK-IN - Check-in is available from 1:00 PM until late at night thanks to our digital access system. Guests receive an access code at check-in so they can come and go freely.
CHECK-OUT - Rooms must be vacated by 10:30 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out will incur a charge of €10.00 per hour, up to a maximum of €150.00. On 1 January only, check-out is extended to 12:00 noon.
PETS - For hygiene and safety reasons, and to protect the health and comfort of other guests, animals are not permitted on the premises except where required by law. Breaching this rule will incur a €300.00 penalty, also reflecting the extraordinary cleaning, sanitisation and restoration that may be required. The property reserves the right to claim compensation for any additional documented damage.
BREAKFAST - Breakfast is not included in all rates. International-style breakfast is served directly in your room from 7:30 to 10:00 AM. Specific dietary products (vegan, lactose-free or gluten-free) may be arranged where available. We will be happy to accommodate your needs where possible. Breakfast can be purchased on site for €9.00 per person per day.
PARKING - A limited number of parking spaces with video surveillance are available in front of the property, subject to reservation, at €5.00 per day.
PAYMENT - You may enquire about availability by calling +39 3534892878 or emailing info@centoquindici.com. Once availability has been confirmed, you must book through our website and pay the full amount by credit card, bank transfer or Satispay. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment. A tourist tax of €2 per person per night applies from 1 May to 31 October each year to guests aged 14 to 70. Guests with officially recognised 100% disability are exempt.
NO SMOKING - Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms and all indoor areas of the property. Breaching this rule will incur a €300.00 penalty, also reflecting any extraordinary cleaning, deodorising, sanitising or restoration required. The property reserves the right to claim compensation for any additional documented damage.
GENERAL RULES - Guests are kindly asked to treat the property and its furnishings with care. Any misuse or damage must be compensated.
CANCELLATION - To cancel a booking, please notify us by email or telephone. Cancellations or changes made at least 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date are free of charge. After that deadline, the full cost of the stay will be charged. The property is not responsible for cancellations due to force majeure (for example, natural disasters, public-health emergencies, fires, wars or socio-political events).
VISITORS - For public-security reasons, guests may not admit anyone to the property who is not registered as staying there.
COTS AND EXTRA BEDS - Children aged 0–3 stay free of charge. A cot is available on request for €15.00 per night.
Children aged 4–9 may share the double bed for an additional €15.00 per night or request an extra bed for €35.00 per night.
Children aged 10–17 may request an extra bed for €35.00 per night.
HOUSEKEEPING - Daily housekeeping is provided. Please vacate your room by 11:00 AM each morning so our staff can clean it; cleaning cannot be guaranteed after this time. Bed linen is changed every three days and between guests; towels are changed every two days and between guests.
24-HOUR ASSISTANCE - Management can be contacted 24 hours a day. Between 9:00 PM and 7:45 AM, assistance is reserved for emergencies. Please avoid non-urgent calls and messages during these hours.
ACCESSIBILITY - The property does not have a lift, and the bathrooms are not wheelchair-accessible. Access may therefore be unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility.
LUGGAGE STORAGE - The luggage storage offered free of charge to our guests allows you to store your bags in a secure location within the facility. This service is available from 10:30 AM onwards, must be requested by appointment and at least 24 hours in advance.
USE OF BALCONIES AND WINDOWS - Please do not hang clothes or beach towels from room windows or balconies.
